Having a baby is always challenging, each pregnancy is new and different and navigating your way through this journey with so much to do and so much to remember is bloody hard work! The Fit Midwife sites here  to make things that little bit easier for you.

If you  have questions, big or small, silly or serious then this is the place to find your answers. The aim of The Fit Midwife is to  educate everyone about pregnancy in general and specifically their own pregnant journey.

This site also features fitness and training tips and scaling for pregnancy and the postpartum period. The goal of TFM is to ensure every woman has a healthy, active pregnancy that leaves them confident and capable of having the birth they want!
